REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

All pieces are handcrafted to order and non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason please get in touch as soon as you receive your item and we will do our absolute best to help. Please ensure you read the product details before you order. If you are unsure before you place your order, please contact us  - whether its bead colours in natural light, angles, photos of the product being worn or specific dimensions and fit; We will do our best to help you make the right choice. Please note sometimes small variations can occur across handmade items. 

LOST ITEMS

 

All items are dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For/International Tracked & Signed and require a signature. In rare cases where an item is lost in the post we will process a refund for you. We ask that you provide a clear and accurate address. If the item has been signed for by anyone other than the recipient customer, the responsibility lies with the customer to claim the item. Responsibility of items not claimed from the local delivery office belongs to the customer. Redelivery cannot be arranged on our end as the terms of Tracked & Signed are that instructions are left for the customer.
